Anna Leisa Sauser

Hello! I’m Anna Leisa, founder of Slate + Waters. We are a personal and business coaching service located in Eastern SD. Our current portfolio of services includes strategic coaching for businesses, change management consulting, leadership coaching, and data analytics and data strategy services.

For nearly 10 years, I have been consulting with executives, leadership teams, and companies as a whole, to help them carve out specific goals and achieve them. With a Masters in Data Science and Analytics and a Masters in Counseling and Human Resource Development, I bring professionalism in both arenas.

About me: My key people are my husband, Kevin, and our daughter, Zanna, who is absolutely my main motivation in life. We have amazing neighbors and friends. I’ve tried nearly every hobby once, and I love to learn new things. My husband and I both, independently, lived internationally when we were in our 20s, and we’ve hopped around from state to state. My self-care favorites include: good coffee, an Authentic Thai Massage, and lots of HBO Max.

Marli Sayler

Marli comes to personal coaching through her background in both education and fitness. If you've ever been around her, you know you will feel energized, supported and valued in her presence. She is the poster child for enneagram 7s, an ice cream enthusiast, and a distance runner. She is truly one of those people that shines brightly wherever she goes. Her key people are her husband, Seth, and her adorable kids, Jack and Bella.

Here's what Marli says about coaching: "I truly believe we all have the ability (& obligation) to find joy, fulfillment & purpose in the every day. Through our 1:1 sessions, my clients will discover the value in practicing self-awareness, utilizing personal strengths, intentionally living in alignment with one’s values - as well as taking time for self-care. I have a sweet spot for helping others identify & build their individual leadership skills & style, as well. If you’re looking for a little boost of encouragement, direction, and support, I’m your girl.

Colleen is a 17-year Human Resources professional. She’s a “take-on-the-next-challenge” kind of person and has done everything from initiating corporate-wide programs to taking international assignments (she lived in Belgium, y’all!). Colleen is one of those rare people that understands the human component to organizational change. She’s organized, kind, and smart - a rare combination. Her key people are her husband, Cody, and her little cuties, Clara and Leo.

Here’s what Colleen says about change management: “We fear change because it is uncomfortable. Too often we would rather stick with what is familiar, even when it no longer serves us. I have a passion for demystifying the human element of change and partnering with leaders to develop simple, actionable plans that support people through successful change.”

From our perspective, establishing and reaching any goal is a change process. So, if you have goals for yourself or your business, her approach will be helpful to you. Our clients can consult with Colleen on a one-time or ongoing basis.
